So this years was my turn, not by choice that is, as I have never hunted before in my life. Steve decided it would be a good idea to put my name into a draw for the November sheep hunt in Cadomin. Low and behold my name was drawn for the second week in November. My only goal was to get something bigger then what Steve got last year, and to survive the walk up and the cold weather!! The first four days were spent sitting and waiting and trying to keep warm. No legal sheep did we see those first four days. On our walk down on day four we ran into hunter Denis Dale and his four guides, Jonas Guinn, Kipp Kelley, Ryan Damstrom and Matt. Denis offered to have his guides help us get our ram, and of course we accepted!! Finally on the seventh day, and after passing up two 160's, the one we wanted finally came up!. I ended up taking an off-hand, standing, 40 yard shot and he dropped in his tracks!!!
We have not had him professionally measured, but all the guides had their tape measures out and came to just over 175.

We just got back a week ago from our 2nd trip out to Bella Coola. This year both kids caught their own fish and reeled them in. Drake caught a chum and Chayce a pink. We were able to see the fish hatchery and the salmon milking again as well. We caught Chum, Pink and Coho, but only brought home the pinks and coho. These are only the pics, but will upload some videos soon.

We just got back the other day from spending 5 days fishing in Bella Coola, BC. We drove through quite a bit of smoke as there were quite a few forest fires. We were able to bring home our limit of 16 pink, all of which Steve caught except one. We also caught about 4 Chum, but we let those all go. We were able to visit the fish hatchery and got to see them milking the Chum, which Drake got to help out with. No bears were seen but the kids did find quite a few large slugs. This past long weekend we went camping out at our property. We noticed we had some type of large nest but were not quite sure so as we were checking it out we noticed a baby owl on the ground not far from it and up in the trees it`s mom. We went and checked on it at least once a day and found it in a different spot every time. Enjoy the pics!

So about 4 weeks ago I took myself Drake and chayce in for their first eye appointment. In the end two of us came out needing glasses!! Me for when I am on the computer and Drake for seeing things faraway, Chayce had better than average eyesight for her age. Drake is doing very well at keeping his glasses on while he is in school, and they always arrive home unbroken at the end of the day. Enjoy the pics!

We put the kids in skiing lessons for the first time today at COP. They did great and loved it, they both wanted to stay longer. Once Chayce got a little taste of going fast down the hill she apparently told her instructor that she wanted to go faster then her mom, dad & Drake. Enjoy the videos!

Drake started taking Hip Hop classes the end of October. This video is from their Christmas celebration where the students could show their parents what all they have learned since starting. There are 6 boys in Drake's class, but on the night of the Christmas concert Drake was the only one there from his class, so his teacher went up on stage with him. Enjoy the video!

Drake played t-ball this year for the first time and Steve was an assistant coach. He really enjoyed trying a different sport. I have a couple pics where you can definitely tell his head is way too big for the helmets they had, or maybe the helmets are just to small. He loved playing short stop and being the catcher. Well the picture says it all, it took Chayce about three or four games to even go on the field or sit on the magic carpet without mom or dad. Even after she was able to go by herself picture day arrived and she wasn't happy to be there, no tears though, just very shy. She always gave a wave to the camera and enjoyed looking at her shadow as she was running. Enjoy the pics.

Well so far this year we have taken Chayce skating three times, and everytime she goes she is always asking to have her own hockey stick like her brother. We finally told her that if she can skate without the bar, dad will buy her a pink hockey stick. Well on the third time out, she didn't need the bar, and while she was moving very slowly was requesting her pink hockey stick. We weren't able to find a pink stick but did find pick hockey tape. Here are a couple videos of her skating with the bar and without. None with her stick though. Sorry the video is sideways! Enjoy

Spent a week in New York with Steve and his sister Ainsley. We went skating at Rockefeller Centre, went to a Broadway musical and play, tour of Radio City and NBC Studios, got tickets to the taping of the David Letterman Show, went to the Top of the Rock, United Nations, Ground Zero, shopping on Canal Street, the Intrepid Aircraft carrier, Ranger's game, New York Stock Exchange. There is so much to see I definitley want to go back.

Well it's been about two weeks since we got back from our holiday down in YellowStone National Park and I finally got the pictures up. We spent two days getting down there and one day coming back. In total we were gone for a week. Kids had a great time seeing all the animals, Geysers and all the different waterfalls, we went to see the Grand Canyon of Yellowstone, which was awesome. Weather was great, almost too hot though. On our way back home we spent the 4th of July in Great Falls, Montana, and we got a chance to enjoy all the fireworks and did a bit of shoppping before he headed back home. Enoy the pics!

With the hot weather we had over the long weekend, Steve stopped off at 7-eleven and brought home two large slurpees for us to share with the kids. Of course the kids had most of it, but not all we were able to have a little for ourselves. This much slurpee ended in of course not much supper!! Surprisingly no crazy sugar rush either, but you never know maybe we mistakended it for just "normal" crazy kids!! Enjoy the video.

Enjoy my pics from New York!! I spent a week there with a friend of mine, have to say I loved Central Park, I was so huge three hours walking around and we didn't even see it all. Wall Street and Ground Zero is amazing! We also went on a Sex and the City tour which was a lot of fun. Weather was great except for our last day, but were able to spend it at the Museum of Natural History.

Drake's 4th birthday was a lot of fun. He had his first party at daycare while mom and dad were working. Mom made Drake a Diego birthday cake to take and share with all his friends. Well we just had a great visit with the Lavallee's this past week. We all went out on a picnic out in Kanaskis and then spent a day out in Drumheller visiting the museum. We also took all the kids out for the morning to Let's Play, which was great as it drained most of their energy and gave the mom's and dad's a little down time. Enjoy the pics!

Today was the big christmas day at the Kullman's household before we headed off to Winnipeg. Drake wasn't as excited about his present that is until we got it outside and he got to drive it around. A couple weeks ago I came home to find my husband home before me and instead of getting supper ready or cleaning up a little he was in the backyard making a skating rink for Drake. Well so far so good, it hasn't melted yet even with the temperature being above 3C. Drake and steve have been out there almost every evening.

Happy Halloween!! Tonight the kids had a great time trick or treating, Drake was a dragon and Chayce was a tiger. Chayce spent most of the night relaxing in the wagon while Drake hit all the houses. Well, the growing season for our pumpkin patch has come to an end a little earlier then we thought. We had frost a couple days ago and it destroyed all the leaves. We ended up with 6 descent size pumpkins, the largest was about 50lbs, who knows how big they would have been if they had another 6 weeks to grow.
